Yes, she will be present. She'll sit in a holding cell at the court bldg between hearings. BB cannot talk to her in the courtroom. I doubt that prisoners can have visitors in the holding cell (lawyers only).


I'm PP who suggested he speaks/visits her at other times, did not mean while she was at courthouse.

We don't know what the motion is.

BB is a potential witness, sincerely doubt he will be present. I would imagine he visits or speaks to her at other times.

The preliminary hearing will likely get a lot of media coverage so the motion may be covered there.
