Yeah Coast Guard should quit confiscating drugs and migrants off the coast. Maybe Trump can build a wall along all the beaches instead.
There should be no security checks at seaports, airports or food plants either.

No you’re not. Those people are all working, they just aren’t getting paid. The work is still there. And if they Fed jobs are eliminated, contractors will be be brought in to do the work for twice the price, and you’ll be paying for that instead.
+1. Also to the person suggesting we cut 15% I would like you to know that total non defense discretionary spending is around 16% of the total federal budget. Are you suggesting we could cut all of that and no one would notice? That 16% includes DHS, State, DOJ, CIA, all our scientific research agencies (2% of federal budget), all the regulatory agencies that keep your food, air, water, workplaces, transportation, consumer goods, drugs, bank accounts, 401ks safe. All these agencies represent just 1/6 of total federal expenditures. The taxpayer gets an enormous benefit from a relatively small portion of total federal expenditures
Pfft. Nobody sees any of this stuff.
If some TSA person lets a disaster happen, the President can just declare martial law. Pelosi, Mueller, and 2020 go away #win![]()

Except a majority of Americans do NOT want a border wall. So no.
I am not so sure. There has been only one candidate whose opening remarks were building a wall, and that guy won the election on his first try.
he lost by 3 million votes and he campaigned on border crisis and lost BY A LOT IN 2018. So Dems got the house back.
But he’s still presudentz. And the Trump Derangement Syndrome continues.
There is also Trump Infatuation Syndrome. Most Americans don't want a wall. It's a fact. See prior posts on the poll numbers. They also don't want a shutdown. But His High and Mightyness has decreed there shall be both, and we all must rush to do his bidding according to those with Trump Infatuation Syndrome.
That’s what folks used to call an epic fail of a post.

I can't find proof but I'd always heard there is one circumstance in which the CIA is permitted to operate within U.S. borders. What are they waiting for?

You have no idea what my agency does for you, and you never will know unless we stop doing it. Then you'll notice and you won't like at all. You're welcome.
Keep living in your little bubble.
