That's an unfortunate score. VHSL needs to implement shot clocks. The cost has come way down and other states are using them. Makes the game more fun for the kids, increases possessions and grows the sport, and better prepares HS players for speed of college game.

STAB 16 Madison 5. STAB took out starters midway through the 2nd qtr. No shame in it at all. They just play at another level. Much props to Madison for fighting till the end and never losing their cool or fight, and I liked that Madison supporters stayed positive the whole game.

All correct. VHSL set a limit of 15 Regular Season games, FCPS budgets for 11. If teams want 1-4 more games there are ways to do that that are within the guidance that FCPS puts forward.
