Loudoun’s rec numbers are down significantly this season. Not nearly as many kids out on the weekends.
I think it's more they are having trouble getting volunteer coaches. They have waitlists at every age group. 7th grade South Riding last year had two coaches, rosters of 25, and now just one coach.
