Not a medical professional but the gash on his neck looks circular. Like he fell back on an open pipe end. With the drooping mouth, maybe a had a stroke and fell backwards into something??? There’s also that bruise on his right cheek.

But the right ear looks amazing considering the bullet trauma it received!

He was seen on Sunday evening coming back into the White House from Marine One after getting back from Florida. There was a gaggle, but he didn't stop to talk to them. Also didn't talk to reporters on the plane.

So he can probably still walk. But it seems that he’s verbally more compromised.
