The 2014G team collapsed after a year of being the sacrificial lamb in the ECNL-RL (losing most games by double digits). It looks like they have a coach lined up for U13 next year, but seems like the only motive to try out for that team is if you didn't get placed on a badge-wearing team at another club.

I only see 2011G and 2008G Sterling teams playing NCSL spring. No idea if there are any Herndon girls playing as Sterling on those teams.
Herndon has a few RL girls teams in NCSL-2011 and 2009.
2008 & 2007

Not fooling anyone I suppose and proving how rotten the NoVA soccer world is.
It does seem like NA must’ve done some arm twisting to get that award, in an attempt to bring more girls to the program. It seems like they are really trying with marketing, etc. but nothing speaks louder than results and track record.

which age group are you referring to? I think Sterling girls only have enough girls to make a team on the really young and u13+ age groups. I think they only had a handful of u11-u12 at their tryout.
