All the teams for next year are listed on their website. A handful have "Coming Soon" listed instead of a coaches' name. They have been "Coming Soon" for weeks.

My child and a teammate got offers from Vienna that did not explain this. But you can tell by looking at their website. I can see why clubs would not spell this out; they want to make money!

If they change from one system to another, they should explain that.

They had tryouts and the coach that selected the team quit before the season started. So they hired Al and we love him.

Happy it worked out for you, however this is not always the case with these issues. I imagine, White team is level II team coach with a good number of years of experience and proven performance.

-I'm referring more to "lower level" as these teams don't receive the attention, encouragement or even sometimes recognition they deserve.
-The $$$'s from all the parents are the same and still green that support a level 1 team or level 3 or below.

That's a different situation. The club vetted and hired a qualified, professional coach before tryouts who selected the team and who parents could meet before plunking down 3Gs. That guy quit and then they found another qualified, professional coach.

Here, no one bothered to hire anyone but still wants the parents to plunk down the Gs.

But it’s OK for Herndon, Arlington, and McLean to still have coaching vacancies open I assume? (Which they do)

in this case they probably just invited everyone who didn't make the first two teams, expecting a huge decline rate
