Field status hierarchy with PRCS is 2 year rec player numbers inside Loudoun. Since FCV ran a "free" rec program last year they do have some numbers but will be last on priority again since they half-assed the rec program this year and are still behind LS and Rev.
Loudoun’s rec numbers are down significantly this season. Not nearly as many kids out on the weekends.
