Sure, Clinton helped the muslims in yugoslavia - that wasn't a prolonged US war; and Obama sent some troops to Syria, but how many, under 2,000? That isn't really a war.

We are supposed to be a republic with a checks and balances government, not an autocracy. and Russia invaded Ukraine. There is NO US military involvement there. How is that a never ending war for the US?
