Right?! Penn State is out. Virginia is performing much better. Stanford always doing its thing. Georgetown has gone 10-0 although obviously the ACC is the strongest conference.

your kid must hate you.. Your raising a sneaky kid and you don't even know it.Anonymous wrote:check her phone.. check the pictures, check the messages on tik tok, insta, Snapchat, messages, everything. Im not saying get them in big trouble for it but some of you are out here treating your kids like a baby and doing all there stuff for them bc its to much "pressure". these girls are 14 and 15 years old. the "pressure" is normal teenage things they need to balence out on there own. Blocking this app off of your kids phone won't change anything because I'm sure when they are all together they are looking at these chats on someones phone that doesn't have it blocked. If you think you have your girl all figured out you dont, shes prob Reading this exact message rn... you cant save them you can just encourage them to keep going.
also relay to them the investment you guys are putting in.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:yes all of this is true, but don't forget some of the girls don't care that much about this stuff hate to break it to you. These kids pass go through boyfriends (or talking stages?? I still don't know what that means?) like flipping pages in a book. 1. Peer pressure
2. Bodies changing/puberty/acne, etc
3. Changing schools
4. Constantly being challenged for their spot at a club
5. Kids growing faster so competing with someone a foot taller and faster
6. Clubs merging, unmerging, switching leagues
7. Starting to think about getting into college and maybe a college team/recruiting videos
I could probably add about 10 more….
And now we can add grown adults creeping on their social media and posting about it on anonymous message boards.
Just ask your DD to focus more. Most teenagers get lost at this age. By the time they figure it out, the train has already departed. You heard it here first.
This is also true. Serious suggestions. If you want to get a gauge where DD head is at snatch the phone and look. Create a reason for an argument and snatch the phone. See what the chats/snapchats look like. You would be surprised to learn what some of the girls are into. Knowledge is power however.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:yes all of this is true, but don't forget some of the girls don't care that much about this stuff hate to break it to you. if its not ur DD. Mind your business and get back to worrying about hotel room configurations. Kids will be kids. Parents of kids will be parents. Hype and drama does get exposed on here as well as coaching/td mess. Dont like it… log off. Block the website on your DDs phone and at the router.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:yes all of this is true, but don't forget some of the girls don't care that much about this stuff hate to break it to you. I said I could easily come up with 10 more. The point was, this is a hard enough age for any girls without adults piling on. But if none of you believe that, and you think adults should discuss private Tik Toks of 14 year old girls on this forum, go ahead. I tried. I talked with my DD, I know what this is about. Not my DD, not her team…. It def involves the kids of the most obnoxious parents on here. I tried to help your kids because it is the right thing to do. But if you don’t care about that. Go ahead.

All the NC teams are in town this weekend in GA. Unfortunately I anticipate them doing quite well. Look for SYC to beat Triangle and Alexandria to tie Triangle. Other than that will be all NC wins.
Over in ECNL, big matchup between Charlotte and Arlington. Charlotte needs a win to keep hopes alive for second place. Arlington needs a win to keep within striking distance of Richmond. However both teams are disappointed when the game ends in a draw. Arlington rebounds and beats Fusion on Sunday. FVU gets a much needed win against Fusion but loses to Charlotte.
Good luck to all!

Results for the week. Another great week in ECNL going 6-1. Also predicted scores for not 1 but 2 games perfectly. The extra research paid off! Only missed the Arlington game. Never doubt the champs. Tough week in GA going 6-4. Kudos to Skyline, VRSC and SYC for proving me wrong.

How can we make all the crying/whining go away and only have posts like these?
Anyways PP was pretty accurate this weekend. SYC seems to be the strongest team in GA so far at this age group. VDA has locked up the showcase looking at the future games. Playoffs are looking very competitive for the MA. Can the 804 pull it off? Can SYC cruise farther than the dmv?
SYC and McLean seem to be battling it out on the GA front. McLean is currently in the lead. They have a rematch in January which will be interesting.
McLean also hasn’t played the NC Charlotte teams where as SYC has.
