That's tough as a program to turn around from that. Their only way was by attracting new talent and the current status will not help them in the future.

This season has been a complete and utter mess. We didn’t get a coach until the last minute, resulting in a practically nonexistent pre-season. They clearly overbooked and couldn’t secure enough fields, so practice schedules were a joke – not finalized until after the season started!
And the coach? Completely absent. They don’t coach during practices or games. It’s a waste of time and money. We’ve contacted the south team coordinator and all we get are empty promises about “working on it.”
At this point, we just want our money back. The season is a wash, and we’re just hoping our son doesn’t lose skills because of this sham. Do yourself a favor and find another organization. STJ is a disaster.

Yeah, the 40 posts about TSJ being a tire fire and being one for what, 30 in GA league this year are staff for a club 40 miles away? Adam, you gotta spend more time recruiting better players than posting on her on league weekends!
What’s with the constant attacks to Adam?

This is all age groups and genders?
This might just be for the U13-U19 GA teams.

This has not been our experience with South for our U-little ish boys team (not sure what age the "u-little" phrase ends). We joined in spring and was new to travel so I don't have a comparison. However, we have a coach and we found out who he was before the season started. We had preseason camp. Our coach is engaged and coaching at all practices and games. And it appears that way for the other teams that practice at the same time as us or are wrapping up practices as we get there. Or maybe it just looks that way.
It's not been a perfect start to the season. GMU fields that they have always had in the past and they were counting on were given away at the last minute which led to a scheduling scramble. Could that have been handled better? sure. But from what I have read on here, communication seems to be a weakness with all soccer clubs.
