Yes, play in EDP top division

I doubt it. When is the last time any FCV team actually played soccer (not futsal) in EDP?

05 Arlington parent so I’m not 100% sure but I saw FCV 08 score a late goal and was told that made the score 3-2 Arlington. The game then ended.

Arlington 06s and 02/03s beat FCV. 04s tied. Not sure if others.

How did the scrimmage go against Arlington this weekend?

They’d have to move out of area to get better competition. ECNL in this area is Metro caliber.

Lol.

Metro can't even beat bottom of the barrel BRYC, so not really a comparison to the rest of ECNL. You've already forgotten the Bethesda scrimmages? Also, has FCV ever attempted to play McLean? Bobby's scared. He knows Clyde, Nadir, and Kevin are all better coaches, but he had the DA thing going on for a few years. Now he's got Covid slowing down the migration. Lucky guy.

The metro team that lost to FCV 0-10 beat BRYC 2-0.

Let that sink in for a minute.

One age group. Yep. That’s relevant.

The U17/2004 age group is an interesting one. The ECNL teams are pretty bad at that age. Top three girls’ teams in Virginia at 04 are Richmond United, TSJ FCV, and Arlington, according to youthsoccerrankings.

Yes, agreed that your argument based on the 2007 game is irrelevant. FCV will be just fine without BRYC joke competition.

It is either merger or players bail for ECNL clubs. Better leave before MU folds and Arlington player leave that club.
