Sure, Clinton helped the muslims in yugoslavia - that wasn't a prolonged US war; and Obama sent some troops to Syria, but how many, under 2,000? That isn't really a war.

Biden. Ukraine ( Proxy war)
And continued or expanded wars started by Republicans in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Biden is not responsible for Ukraine. Putin is responsible for Ukraine.

Trump's already lost the war, and now it's just a matter of how/when he comes to terms with that and exits. Iran will obviously keep the Strait closed no matter how hard they get bombed, and the global economy will crash by summer. This cannot be resolved with bombs or low-volume ground troops.
