He is more African American than Black Americans who never lived in Africa.

Filling out forms and culturally depicting himself as sub-Saharan African is him being a slimy loser liar. Unf it plays into the fraudster Indian stereotype too.


If that's the worst thing about him, then New York definitely dodged a bullet not choosing Andrew "rapist, geriatric killer and Israel" first Cuomo.

SE Asian applicants need all the slick help they can get. Even if they were born to SE Asian expat parents in Uganda.
