The addition of all the great talent from NVA, RL, McLean makes GA more competitive. Not more competitive than ecnl but can’t dispute that GA mid atlantic will be better next season than this one.
Not really. Teams that were playing north in Baltimore, Pennsylvania and New Jersey will now play mediocre teams in Loudoun x 5. McLean and NVA are not close to teams in pa. This reduces league play and over saturated the market for girls.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Where's the announcement from GA welcoming NVA/LS like they did with McLean? Why the delay?
There should be two different announcements if GA is accepting them as different clubs. If there's only 1, then NVA/LS are continuing their fraudulent ways.

Anonymous wrote:Well, y'all, I'm crackin' open another bottle of wine tonight! How are my fine friends down in NC? How's that feelin', y'all traveling to NC this weekend to play them ECNL games when you ain't gonna be in that league next year? Sorry if that stung a bit, but let's be real, how does it feel? And on another note, I know the boys just love playin' high school soccer 'cause they talk about it all the time. Did they realize that with MLS Next, they can't play high school soccer? Or did NVA (which I'm still scratchin' my head over what the 'A' stands for, 'cause there sure ain't no alliance) and Loudoun just forget to mention that lil' detail? Cheers, y'all!

Aren't they undefeated, and in 1st place in their ECNL conference... Not too bad for a GA team.
Who tied who?
Just an FYI, a club tying 4 times won’t cut it for nationals. Tough teams out west.

They
Announce or
Nah?
They did not announce it and told many non-insider parents that there was nothing to the rumors. But leadership had already told all their buddies what was happening behind the scenes, so many knew anyway, which forced an awkward virtual town hall that landed poorly. Then they updated webpages with MLSN/GA logos, but took them down after they were posted here. Then they did announce the move on social, but have since removed the posts.
SO what's this then: https://irp.cdn-website.com/87e970a3/files/uploaded/NVA_Loudoun_Soccer_x_MLS_Next_Announcement_2.21.25.pdf
