Has Coach F confirmed she is leaving? How would it be known if anyone is following her yet?
Coaching futsal with Phoenix and all her pre-travel players are with her. Phoenix is connected with new club, I'm just adding 2 and 2. Phoenix rising out of the Potomac River or something like that

I don't hear this when a coach develops a player for a season or 2 and then the player leaves.
Some GFR coaches were smart enough to not sign that awful contract and now can just say "bye bye" whether it's to get more money somewhere else or just to be away from the mess.
what mess? seriously, what is the mess? they got rid of the ED everyone had an issue with and hired a new one. they seem to be making the right moves, just maybe not as quickly as everyone likes? genuinely curious what you are expecting from this club.

Yep, left 50 or more kids high and dry. Jerk.
Jumping to call someone a jerk without all the facts is, at best, quite immature.
Knowing Coach Eric, he would never abandon his players in the middle of a season. What people don’t see is that the new board and Technical Director cut every coach’s pay — yet somehow “found” money to hire two new positions. You cannot invest in players if you refuse to invest in the coaches who develop them.
He is our son’s coach, and he has also coached our friends’ older sons — we know who he is, how he coaches, and what he stands for. Along with many other parents, we will be demanding his return. If the club can’t find a way to bring him back, we will leave. If the club truly cared about its players, they would have ensured he stayed through the end of the season.
We love Coach Eric, and many more families have said he is one of the best coaches at the club.
It’s time for GFR to show that they genuinely have the best interests of families and players at heart.
But then why did all the other coaches stay? Very selfish to leave mid season. I hope everyone knows any coach that is employed by gfr is on a 1 year contract this season, so Coach Eric leaving means he didn’t stay for the remainder of his time. Very unfortunate
