Someone posted upthread that he will be sentenced for only one charge. So 20 years. And this is federal, so there's no time off for good behavior, and they usually go for the maximum. I expect the full 20 years.
I think this particular judge has tended to give 8 years for similar charges, but he seemed awfully salty with the defendant, so I imagine it'll be double digits.

Doing the math… I’m getting an Offense Level of 35 or 36. Even with Josh’s Criminal History Category of 1, that still yields a Guideline Sentence of 168—235 Months, or 14–19.6 Years. Some of this could maybe be served out–of–custody, on probation… Maybe.
One final note… The statute specifies that the penalty shall not be <5 Years.

Since then they moved their 7 kids into Jim and Michelle Duggar's guest barnhouse. I guess that's good that Anna doesn't have to worry about housing. She'll be Michelle little live-in for the rest of her life.

'I love you', he mouthed towards Anna, 33, who remained composed throughout the brief hearing before burying her head in a supporter's arms and weeping as it ended.
His younger brother Justin cried quietly as he watched his sibling being led away to jail.
Jim Bob, 56, put his hands in his pockets, bowed his head and then hugged Anna.
Judge Timothy Brooks remanded Duggar in custody under a mandatory rule based on the seriousness of his crimes and said he will have to wait around four months to be sentenced.
Wonder why it is going to take 4 months for sentencing.
