Okay? I think you're not the target audience. There are a lot of othere shows -- and other threads -- though. Maybe you could go over there?
The target audience is NOT “woke” millennials. They THINK they’re going to get them to watch with this nonsense, but no way.
The target audience are the original viewers. And we just want to see what happens to these people. The end. None of this ridiculous writing.
I was one of the original viewers. I am fine with storylines involving gay, transgender, and non-binary people, as well as micro aggressions. Not everyone is as narrow minded as you.

Also, the Miranda story seems to be trying to mirror the actor's real life, right? So did she struggle with alcoholism, too?
Miranda is a different person in this show. I don’t think the character would be okay with hearing her child have sex on the other side of the wall. It’s more Cynthia Nixon now than Miranda.
To be sure, most people aren’t into listening to their relatives or friends banging loudly like that, and certainly not all the time like Miranda’s son and his gf. If Steve and Miranda were doing it like that every day, I’m sure Brady and gf would be packing their bags.
Parents barely / rarely tolerate kids turning up music in the house. Miranda may be living a little too much vicariously through Brady’s sex life.
Uhhhh I hear my DS and his live in boyfriend all the time. But they have nowhere else to go bc they are saving for a home.
But they are adults right? And do they pay you rent?
No. We are trying to help them. But it’s hard listening to them go at it nightly and all the naughty talk

Omg. Yes. The dog’s expressions in the last episode were so damn cute. We kept rewinding to watch him/her?
That dog is fugly.

I am. Woke-ified TV shows and movies want you to believe that all parents with a trans kid are like YAAAAAAS NON-BINARY KING OR KWEEN I WILL USE YOUR CORRECT PRONOUNS AND NEW NAME PERFECTLY FROM NOW ON. Charlotte and Harry had (imo) normal concerns and were more angry about the school not telling them.
I agree with this. And it’s perfectly normal for good parents to mourn a bit during the challenging transition.
I think they are asking the right questions. My DD had 2 friends at 12 change their name and said they wanted to be boys. It turned out to be a phase and they are back, at 14, to wanting to be girls and going by their original names. Of course some kids know they want to transition and know it young, but clearly some kids are experimenting and that is okay too. I thought it was a reasonable approach from the parents.

The combo of the gray hair and the bad teeth is just unwatchable. They should fix one or the other. I don’t need to see the “sexual awakening” of the cat lady down the street.
I also like the way she looks.

I said most people. Since you aren’t most people, do you also congratulate them? (Wow. Sounds like you two have improved your technique. DS gave out quite the final hurrah there at the end. Well done yiu two! Let’s see if your dad and I can top that tonight.)
