Roe had been settled law. There was no reason to codify it until SCOTUS blew it up last year. He doesn't have votes to blow the filibuster and now doesn't control the House...so when would you have expected this to happen. Further, when do you think it would happen with a GOP in the White House?

Please explain to me how voting for Biden will change the outcome of the SCOTUs ruling on Roe. They have basically thrown it to the states and if someone desires an abortion they can go to a blue state and get one. Voting for Biden again will not change anything.
Biden has the blood of thousands of innocent children on his hands. Please tell me how is he better than Trump?
Trump's termination of roe is a huge factor in the 2024 election. Can't be overstated. The GOP is so desperate they are having to fund third party candidates to try to siphon off some Biden votes to give trump any prayer at all. Regardless of your dismissal of the issue, it is a looming disaster for Trump's campaign.

The point is that Biden had many chances in his political career to do it right and he failed it. He was given his last chance to do it while a president and he ignored this issue, so it tells me it is not as important to him as to his voters. He failed the entire women electorate.

No, it was not. Even RBG admitted several times that it is a bad law. It was needed to be codified and that is why a lot of people had hopes that either Obama or Biden will do it.
