1) wait it out and hope the resale tickets drop, but I don’t think they will
2) don’t go see Taylor Swift
So I assumed only certain seats were released for each presale and that a certain amount was left for public sale. Are am I understand this correctly that TM released ALL tickets during presale? And now they’re completely sold out everywhere?
If so, what the F?

My daughter and I both got codes for different dates and friends didn’t. The whole process was complete mismanaged by TM. In short it was a horrible sh*t show. It took 5.5 hours to get tix to one show and that was where we weren’t knocked to the back of the line due to TM’s screw up. We then had to wait again and we weren’t done until we’d been trying for Va over 5.5 hours. It was unnecessarily stressful and I was in a position to get work down while keeping my eye on the line in the online queu. We should get a refund of some of the fees. No way TM is using their fees to improve their business or upgrade their servers. I’m grateful we have tix. I feel really bad for all the people who not only didn’t get tickets but feel like the process was messed up. It was and I blame TM not Taylor Swift. Their job was to efficiently manage the buying process. They completely f’ed it up and the Antitrust division of DOJ never should have let them cement their monopoly power.

I have a TM account but hadn't used it in several years. Never have paid a penny for anything TS-related. Registered as a verified fan because DD wanted to go. After lots of misfires, did finally get tickets on Tuesday afternoon.
