Crest white strips (I got a kit that also included that blue light thing, totally works)

The Doctors brush picks and Superfloss (I have a permanent retainer and these two items make dental care fast and easy)

Basic unfancy oils and butters for skin and hair care (jojoba oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter and Shea butter have never let me down)

Whoever mentioned Vionic sneakers, thank you! I bought a pair and they look great and feel very supportive and comfortable. Any other shoe or boot recommendations with arch support are welcome!

NP, Black and Asian. I use Clairol Natural Instincts semi permanent in dark brown. I've had stylists compliment me on the color.

I tell this to my DH all the time. He rips off his address and shreds by hand from every piece of mail. He is living in 1996 when it comes to identity theft.


And the online identity theft is also out of your hands. It's data breaches, not "hackers" taking over your web browser.
