The alternative is that he's a centrist, and you consider centrists to be far to the left.

Except it's too late....he has already sold his soul for the nomination.
If he had come out from the start denouncing Trump and the GOP in Congress it'd be a different story, but nope. He's just going to follow party line - even as crazy as it is right now. Hard pass!
If he'd done that, he wouldn't be the nominee.
