So, I’d consider her pretty unstable too.

Like I said earlier in this thread, JLo isn’t as maternal as Garner. She’s a self-absorbed diva who thrives on being adored. She will never be able to sustain a relationship since she’s only interested in the honeymoon phase.

I’d say you’re right about every other relationship but this one. Ben was definitely it for her. And when he broke it off just before the wedding she was devastated.

This is such an obvious PR stunt. Wasn’t there a blind on this a week or two ago?

If it’s not a stunt, I have no respect for her for going from a cheater to an addict with no time in between. How about showing the world how a strong woman doesn’t need a man to make her life worthwhile, especially not a dysfunctional one!

This all seems like data that has been well known about her for a long time: She cannot be alone.

I get an inkling she has insecurity about her lack of education. Especially in her business ventures, I suspect she is exposed to very educated people...and unlike almost everything else she has acquired...it cannot be bought. Last year she started talking about her admiration for certain women in politics, she has made movies on this theme (the streetsmart underdog who rises to the top to surpass all others, etc). In her narcissism she feels she can excel in almost any arena (singing, acting, dancing) I think it kills her she is not easily accepted into elite, educated, circles. I think maybe he represents that appeal...but he has a lot of demons obviously. She wants it all...to be a flashy, exhibitionistic highly sexual entertainer and then to have the respect of thoughtful, restrained power players who view her as a serious person who is a role model for women.
