She keeps committing unforced errors. Why did she bring up the idea of shift schedules? Why did she send out this email about soliciting votes?

This. Who is advising her? This campaign is making some incredibly stupid decisions. Her appeal seems to be that she is “not APE.” That means her job in this campaign is to not piss people off and stay bland enough that APE haters will vote for her as the better alternative. These weird policy positions and aggressive campaign tactics are only hurting her.

I don't know about that - I haven't gotten anything from MK.

Candidates can buy voter lists. Krieger did it. Diaz-Torres and Turner spammed me via text. Pretty sure Kadera bought the list too.

No, but it speaks to the community she represented as PTA president, as well as the neighborhood community she lives in. I'm not saying she's repressing anyone's vote with her message - I think that's ludicrous, actually. But it's just as ludicrous to think she's from anything but a vast-majority white community just because her kids attend a more diverse middle school for a few years. Her kids aren't districted to Wakefield; she lives in a wealthy white part of the County.

I'm a Democrat and I think this is a bad idea. I don't fall for all the election fraud or "our electoral system is so open to massive fraud" lunacy; but allowing partisan people to approach potential voters anywhere in public or at their home with an actual electronic means of voting right then and there? Really?! You think that's a good thing for election integrity and protecting against voter intimidation? And the fact that a voting system is so easily susceptible to scammers collecting personal data is a separate secondary issue!
