It's not an interstate it's a 2 lane highway south of this to Olney and a two lane road north of this all the way to Carroll county. Putting in interchanges would wipe out half the town it was meant to bypass.
Not true at all, you don't know civil engineering and it shows, Larla. You can build a folded diamond interchange and bridges compact enough to where it provides limited access to the bypass.

I feel like I’m talking in circles here. It’s not completed. There’s a portion of Brookeville road and the round about that is still closed and not completed.
