This can happen to anyone really. I'm 35 and a pretty safe driver and can recall this happening once or twice. Never in a situation that was particularly dangerous but still, people get distracted and make mistakes.

I think people think it’s very unlikely to have a single car rollover accident like that unless something else is wrong.
No brakes- even after hitting a sign, going over a median strip and crossing two opposing lanes of traffic.
If anything, his driving record alone is not doing anything for Asian stereotypes.

Police not doing their own tests, or using the hospital test to inform their decisions on any charges, is outrageous.
