Yes, just this evening they sent out their included features list (so I assume you’re from Toll Brothers).
Very disappointing, does not even include hardwood throughout main level. Too bad. With that kind of commute into the city and a base of 1M, no chance I’d buy in the community now. About to sign with another but had been waiting on Mt. Prospect in the back of my mind.
