Why are the features the exact same for Hamlet, Orchard and Windmill...Think it’s a mistake? Doubt they would have three separate links if everything is the same?

PP here. Guess I should correct myself, I had just looked at the Hamlet link and assumed the features would get better with levels. I agree on appliances—I guess I’m still just baffled hardwood (engineered or otherwise) doesn’t come standard across the entire first floor—it’s 3 inch engineered hardwood everywhere excluding offices and flex spaces. That would be typical/fine for a place from 700-800K base, but starting at a million?

The features are different for each level of the community—they are in the email TB sent around and I’d imagine will be posted online soon.

FWIW, the engineered hardwood for the least expensive set of homes is not included everywhere on the first floor.

All home builders in the area are doing the nickel and dime route. Want actual quartz counters must pay more, etc.... Want windows they are optional. Want the home to look like the model, oh wait they don't actually have those colors any longer.

QP here. I asked it bc I got the same email but hadn’t driven by the site in a couple months so I have no clue how much further along they are. Didn’t they say sales would start this month? Sounds like more delays.

Eng hardwood floors on first floor doesn’t sound so bad. Jmo
