Japan won the u20 World Cup. Perhaps you should move your DD there?

I sure do. My DD wishes she could play for a club that would teach her the play like that.
She can—you should start looking for a villa near Barcelona, Spain now. The housing market may slow next year, so the sooner you put yours on the market, the better, to maximize your value.
You mean nowhere in the US can we teach that high a level of soccer? That does not bode well for the future.
Given the performance of all the other euro teams, it seems like the best bet is this one Spanish team at the moment. Perhaps they are just a really good team that plays well with one another, an outlier. This can happen in any sport, and gender, any age. I mean, after all, we are talking about one performance in one tournament and drawing conclusions in this thread. With what we have to work with, the best bet at this time to play exactly as this team played in this game/tournament is to try to make this team. Best of luck to interested parties.
I am not ready to throw in the towel so easily. But if what you say is true, then the fact that Spain won the U20 women's World Cup and was runner up for the U17 one was no accident. It was a sign of things to come. If we all accept what you are saying is true.
I say they didn't play FC Dallas, SoCal Blues, Real Colorado and others. It would be a shame to think nowhere in the US is there a high level club that makes technical and tactical work the top means of play.

Actually, that just pokes a hole in the PDA defender regarding the PDA/Barca game was not a "Apples to Apples" matchup.
PSG, Atletica Madrid and Man City all have resources that PDA doesn't. PDA was not fighting above their weight class, they were just outclassed.
