The only club that can say the same is Pipeline/Armour. FCV and Pipeline have a Teams that complete in the DA and B teams that compete in the top tournaments and in state/regional/national cup competitions. McLean is competitive at ECNL but the non-ECNL teams are not super competitive.

Hopefully ECNL realizes this and is not planning to expand ECNL 2 to NOVA ECNL teams in a year.

To late. ECNL is already rebranding VPL as ECNL Regional, effectively being ECNL 2. This is what will happen to NPL.

No one respects pipeline. Calling them national players is comical. Go take a hike.

What is the point of this?

FCV at any DA/Ecnl age group is top in the area. So trashing them is idiotic unless you’re from a club in another far-away region like the west coast. Any other club in THIS area would kill for FCVs talent.

Not according to their postseason results. Congrats on the tie game you tweeted about.

Unfortunately for you, talent isn’t developed on a message board.

Nor is it developed at FCV

Read the gosh dang thread and maybe you will understand. Jumping in in the middle of all these post is idiotoic.

But you’re saying it like people have a choice for a nationally competitive team in this area. But you’re not willing to drive 40 minutes to train? Because they’re so many options. We aren’t nationally competitive exactly because we have too many “elite” teams without enough elite players nor coaches.

Get rid of one DA and 3 ecnl clubs In the 90 minute radius and then we may be able to compete.

Ok. Get rid of FCV. Problem solved

Emotional much? Clearly you have had a bad experience with your DD not making a team there.

Not OP, but the comment didn’t seem emotional to me whatsoever. Clinical and sterile, actually.
