I'm liberal and don't hate them. I hate the inconvenience, but am willing to deal with it because I think their message is worth in inconvenience.

Their cause of returning the missing in action is fading. Any MIA are quite old and will die soon, their families have moved on. The cause is dated.
Is the recognition of those who went through the holocaust dated? The MIA are quite old, but their families have not moved on emotionally. We also should use what happened in Vietnam as a caution of what we should never let happen again.

The vets didn't have a choice. They didn't make the decision to go to war. Rolling Thunder isn't about pretending that the Vietnam war was a noble cause. It's acknowledging what the vets who were forced into this war were wronged on so many fronts. They were maimed and tortured in Vietnam, and then came home to be spat on as if they were the ones making the decisions. Your attitude continues the injustices they've had to endure.

Costs for the 2018 ride totaled more than $200,000, Muller said. The nonprofit hasn’t been able to recruit a new corporate sponsor, and Rolling Thunder didn’t sell enough merchandise, such as patches, pins and flags.
Yup. I think the “lack of cooperation” from local governments is key. Hence, your DC hate culture, especially if you ain’t black. (But of course many of these veterans are black.)

Hey you hateful bozo,
Your first link SPECIFICALLY says the participants were not part of Rolling Thunder. No patience to bother with your second link.
Try again, fool.
