As I wrote before, I think the snacks made for keto are part of the issue. I need to mix the snacks and just have some strawberries after dinner and be done for the day.

Wow, that was still quite a long fast for a beginner! My longest fast was 40 hrs and I started feeling nauseous at the very end so I stopped.
I am going to fast tomorrow. My favorite pants start getting too loose, yay )))

I exceeded my carbs limit on one day (went a little overboard with cherries and strawberries). I must admit that I fasted only for one day (24 hrs) instead of two (again, I decided that it would be a shame refusing fruits as soon they will be out of season).
