The FCV supporter explained it best. If you want to go to YNT, get your DD to FCV. That is corruption at it's worst.
The FCV players were going to NTCs BEFORE Talent Directors DD came to FCV. So much for that theory.
Agreed. Nothing to see here. No foul play here. FCV parents and the scout in question said so. Just keep it moving everyone. Do the FCV05 parents brawl with the other parents at these sessions?

There are 2 girls from MYS that are now on the US Soccer National Teams from when her DD played at McLean. If she gave advantage to that team then, that would explain why MYS has more players on the YNT than any other club currently. You can debate why but MYS has the most current YNT from this area, that is a fact. Her DD played at MYS when these girls were selected, that is a fact. She was a scout then, that is a fact.
Now the her DD plays for FCV, suddenly FCV players are getting the lions share of invites, including her DD. See a pattern here? It's a major problem of biased invites along with nepotism.
I know! Crazy how DA kids are getting scouted over ECNL kids now.
It's more specific than that. FCV players are being scouted over every other club now that her DD plays there. Before McLean Youth Soccer was scouted over every other club when her DD played there.
No, it is pretty much that simple.
I'm sure it would look better for a US Soccer Scout to have her kid play in ECNL?
She also had the job for a year while her kid was still playing ECNL before the move was made. So after a year of watching DA games she also chose the club/team she felt was best for her kid.
There is nothing nefarious about this at all.
If you think your kid is being overlooked then start with her coach. A email to US Soccer is free and if your coach is valued and trusted then US Soccer will take a look. Otherwise move your DD to a DA. But US Soccer is going to prioritize DA kids over ECNL.
BS. YTC recognizers talented players in ECNL. ECNL is still stronger than DA. FCV and WS would do anything to have ECNL girls and coaches.
LMAO on this one. Stronger then DA? What age groups? These ECNL girls and coaches? What age groups and clubs? This is delusional.
The one LTAO is the DA as they take the delusional parents checks to the bank. In note section they write, “another brainwashed parent.” Doesn’t matter what age group, because ECNL develops and DA recruits.
ECNL develops. Funny.
Someone may want to take a look at two of the top ECNL clubs in the area (BRYC & McLean) and tell us how they develop vs. recruit. BRYC and McLean can be found hiding in the woods recruiting at other clubs' games. LMAO.
If they’re hiding how are they recruiting?
McLean’s 02 ECNL coach has been seen hiding in the bushes at local competitors training sessions to ID players he wants to take. But, keep thinking he’s developing players.
BRYC same.
Still how can they recruit by taking notes?
wow. dense. I will bite. Why would they be there if not to recruit?
Don't think it is dense. I think this is one of the two coaches (BRYC or McLean) trying to excuse hiding in bushes by saying they were "taking notes".
I think those 2 coach’s records speak for themselves. Bring your daughters out for try-outs. Maybe then they’ll actually be looked at for YTC.
I fix this for you two, font is getting small, difficult for us to read.
please follow on from here.
