RM- has basic suburban areas and areas closer to Rockville Town Center. I would call it urban but more urbanish if you want walkable and matro.
Wootton has some walkable areas (restaurant, grocery store, no metro), basic suburbs, and some large lots/rural suburb feel lots
Potomac has few walkable areas (right near Potomac Village, no metro), basic suburbs and lots of large/rural suburb feel lots.
