How do you ensure no coach is double booked when your club does control the schedule for every event?

ECNL should get rid of BRYC and bring in Arlington on the girls side.

According to ECNL app the U17 team beat McLean week one. If that isn't the case then they are 2-16 with only the U18/19 team having any wins. And those wins come against Richmond and VDA which are teams in the building stages.

Maybe BRYC should combine with VDA?

Maybe before USSF came in and exploded the whole ystem and walked away. They truly damaged so much

We need consolidation. BRYC and FCV.

Both clubs consider themselves destination clubs. I don't think either would give up an inch to the other.
