not PP, but I’d use inductive reasoning, and the fact that he requires supervised visits, which are actually relatively rare in most courts

Also relatively rare: the judge is threatening to take physical custody from Jolie and give it to Pitt.

The oldest is not 18 but they have reportedly agreed that he gets a say in visitation with Pitt.

Unless a parent is abusive, I generally don't understand when the kid gets a say in the visitation. If the parents weren't divorced, the kid would generally HAVE to be in the presence of the parents. My teens get irritated with my husband and me and vice-versa, but because we all have to live together so we have to keep working things out.
