Hook ups don't count. The question was who would you "date". Men hook up with fat women all the time because they're easier and when drunk, all options are on the table. I'm not saying you're fat but please don't count a hook up as an indication of someone he would date. I'm sure he didn't take you out to a public breakfast or dinner the next day.
You would be wrong! We hung out with three of his equally buff friends, and all had dinner. Met up with the same group for breakfast the next day.
