This week we witnessed Robyn's 17 year old (her bio dad is a Jessup OMG) have a massive panic attack on air. She's a minor and TLC should not have allowed us to see this. Kody continues to show us that he is dumb as well as a bully.

Why has none of the wives rented an apartment? Okay, I get Robyn because she has a bunch of kids, but Meri has no kids at home.

I think Kody basically has alienated her with lack of affection for decades and that made her very vulnerable to the cat fishing thing and now Kody blames her for that and takes it as a personal embarrassment. She only had one kid in a culture that prizes children above all. Her sister wives could pump them out regularly and did. And yet, she seems to have very real kind loving relationships with many of their children. She has always worked ( or mostly) bringing money to the family. I think Kody keeps making decisions for her and not with her and that rubs the wrong way. The house plot is an example. Plus, he went about the one house thing all wrong. He should have described it was townhouses where they each had their own home and directly addressed Christine?s issues. With the four separate houses- they will be much further apart than they were in LV and they are not recreating that circle. It will only move them after away from each other emotionally- when they will empty nesters (not Robyn) soon.
I also like Janelle and Christine and Robyn. All of their children seem to be brought up in their faith, but they stilL went to public school and are being allowed to make their own faith decisions. They seem to be excellent parents and raise independent thinking children.

They all seem so completely miserable with one another, with being married to him, and with this ridiculous move and all of the financial troubles. I feel like every episode this season has been exactly the same talking about how he wants one house and nobody else does.
Right! Need to come up with another angle. I am intrigued with the interesting architecture of Meri's rental house - the waterfall, the elevator, the outdated-ness. That's honestly been the most interesting part of this season for me.
Do you have a favorite SW? They all have some good points, for me. I admire how Christine appears to be so carefree and fun and go-with-the-flow (except for when it comes to living in one house!) Meri does some "over it" in many respects, but something is keeping her there. Not sure if she stays for religious reasons for because she likes the family community. She does seem to be close to some of the kids.
I think Janelle is level-headed and the voice of reason. She is calm, realistic and seems to be the most intelligent of the group. She is not a sad sack of shizz like Meri, not bossy and competitive like Christine and not a whiny crybaby like Robyn. I believe she is the only one to have maintained a professional career throughout their lives also. I think she previously worked in finance or bookkeeping, and is now a real estate agent. I have no idea what Kodi does — I think they are all just living off of the paychecks they and the kids are making from the show, which of course is not good for future planning.
