Its all horrible really. Each woman fits into a classic cliche : Shrews (Helen & Louisa), whores (Allison & French lady and her students), doormats (Esposito and Helen's mom).

And that wasn't the first rape we've seen. Season 1 - Noah's perspective of the sex Allison and Cole have outside their house against the car.

And Jennifer Esposito is so wasted in this show. She should be a lead character.

And when she met him he seemed like kind of a dick, which seemed to be accurate, to this single, successful doctor in NYC and then he mets Helen, who is hot, but has this crazy family/ husband situation. Now he's like the perfect boyfriend, an absolute martyr. It's turned into a real cliche

Agreed. At the beginning it was more subtle- Allison thought she was being demure and Noah thought she was being flirty and coming on to him. That seems fairly accurate.

But why on earth would Allison remember bringing a muffin and Cole thought she brought donuts? Huh? Unless one of them has a serious mental issue that kind of discrepancy should not be happening. It's really strange
