Wrong.
75% 5'5.63"
90% 5'6.97"
99% 5'9.72"

It took the boys at school forever to catch up to me in height and then I moved here where the guys aren't that tall either. You have to watch your weight because if you get too big, you start resembling Dorothy from the Golden Girls, which isn't exactly sexy.
Then at one point, women started wearing high heels with their jeans - I credit Sex and the City - and manufacturers started making jeans and pants in more lengths. All of a sudden, my pants weren't borderline high-water anymore. Game changer.
At 44, I've apparently started shrinking! According to my doctor, I'm now 5'7 and 3/4. I'm cool with it.

Are you one of those women who is with some guy a foot and a half taller and likes how you look like he could tuck you in his pocket? That's weird.
Though it's true some tall guys have a weird fetish for short women.

My present significant other is a magnificent 6’6” I have no problem when she wears heels
and I don’t think feel for moment that i’m creepy, just feel very fortunate that this fabulous woman takes no issue and yes her fingers are a bit longer, however we both have a shoe size 12 and she has no problem lowering herself to hug and kiss me when we are standing and loves putting her arms on top of my shoulders and seems to take all the looks and comments in stride as I do.

How tall are you?
I am 5'8" and unless someone is 5'2" or less I don't feel that all, but if I focus on it I realize I am usually one of the taller/tallest women in the room.
I will say that I think the younger generations - Z and Alpha - are taller. We went to Arctic Monkeys at Meriweather and I felt short.
