It is also a symptom of most Madlax teams. When they hit HS, people start scattering. Some looking for greener pastures and others simply tired of playing for Madlax.
The other big issue is the dad coach has a son on the team and some parents are tired of the politics.
Also, if anyone watches how the coach behaves in the field (tirades at his players, opponents, and officials), they see the behavior as an embarrassment and just choose to disassociate with the organization. His behavior is reflective within all the teams belonging to the organization, not just his.
