They do not combine anymore. There are about 22 5th graders in CI at CGES this year. So smaller than the standard 5th grade class (the others have 28-29), but far more than would be combined with the 4th grade CI.

can you please tell me your feedback on CGES. We got a spot in the program.

Can you please share your wait list number? Thanks!

I was not waitlisted. But I know they are past #9 as of last week a friend accepted the spot , so maybe by now it could be in the lower 2 digits.

My Son and Daughter are at Burnt Mills and we have been very happy with the program.

Burnt Mills is Full Immersion in K and 1st and the 2nd grade teacher has always squeezed in as much spanish as possible. The new principal Dr. Ashton is amazing. They are even starting a STEM focus program for 3-5 grades for Spanish Immersion students.

That is actually a lie. They only give you 5 days.. I don't know what type of trickery that you are trying to us to get people to lose their spots.

It was a question, not a lie. Slow your roll. People who got the initial invitation had 2 weeks to decide which was up last Friday. Folks getting calls from the wait list have 5 calendar days. No one is trying to trick anyone.

Yes, it was a question. I like your response. This is exactly why I can only stomach DCUM about once per month.

We found out yesterday that we got into Maryvale French. We were #14 on the wait list. We are #7 on the wait list at Potomac, but haven't heard anything from them. They give you only 5 calendar days to decide.
