Same here. And a turtle neck just makes them look that much bigger anyways. I'm also not ashamed or uncomfortable of my big boobs, so you all just have to deal with my cleavage.
And I am menopausal, so if I don't wear a v neck, I get too hot.
Stop looking.

DH once pulled my shirt down to show it in public when we were having trouble getting served in a bar....bar tender ran right over!
But OP do you actually think people try to look nice for "head games" ??!! You might have serious issues. Should my DH always wear a hat over his great hair so bald guys don't get hurt feelings?

Ladies, here’s a fact: you’ll never be considered for senior positions with your breasts popping out of your shirt. Wear a higher neckline. Invest in scarves for extra modesty when your neckline is lower. Your clothes are your first statement about yourself. That statement should not be “look at my breasts”. Save that for date night.
I have to agree. Last candidate who showed up for an executive level job before a board I'm on had cleavage on display (and not "my boobs are so big I can't help it" cleavage). I voted no.
If a man rejected a female candidate because of her appearance, there would be outrage, he would be called sexist and probably be fired.
