Indeed. Amazing how the Crestwood folks are willing to throw those results overboard and bring the disaster years back so that their little kids don't mix with their actual neighbors' kids.

The problem with Kaya is that she isn't qualified for the Chancellor position. She has ZERO school management experience. She has never been an assistant principal or principal. DCPS has 13 Instructional Superintendent, and Kaya doesn't have the professional qualifications for that role either. The current head of DCPS has two years teaching experience (Spanish). The only thing that Kaya has going for her is that she surrounds herself with people who are more qualified to do the job that she is currently doing.

Scores have been inching up for many years before "reform." Should all those superintendents get "credit" too -- what about the teachers?
