I love it. My DD has been there for 1.5 years, since around a year old. The toddler class your kid would probably be joining is led by one of the sweetest, gentlest teachers I've met. We've had a great experience with all of the teachers there, it's affordable for this area, and my DD has absolutely thrived. She went through some typical developmental-stage behavioral issues while we were there and the staff was generally very flexible and easy to work with as we got through it.
The only negative thing I would say is that they are still doing 10-day quarantines for COVID exposure, but that policy is set by Alexandria City, not by them, and they are MUCH more reasonable on COVID policy than many other centers in the area while still keeping kids safe. To my knowledge, my kid has never had COVID during the time she's been there -- and we are not particularly super-cautious at this point in the pandemic (we travel, etc.) and test quite often.
