It really pisses me off when men say there is an urge for men and don't acknowledge women. Come on, your wife thinks about other men all the time and she's pretty much just as likely to cheat. Women tend to think of the kids more but otherwise, it's fair game.

So not true. My friend, a pediatric AIDS nurse, told me the story of a typical day for her at a hospital in New York state, where HIV testing on newborns is mandatory. Her job was to sit down with the new mom and tell her, "Your newborn baby has AIDS, you have AIDS, and your husband and father of your 4 other children is dying of undiagnosed HIV that he got from a two week affair he had ten years ago that he never told you about." She went on to tell me the husband/father was now suicidal.

So think about that next time you contemplate your victimless crime.

I don't think anyone is saying that the hummer thing is right--but just that yeah, women are in denial about the fact that this is pretty likely to happen in a long term marriage. Gay men seem to have a better understanding of the inevitability of this. Many straight women think that they are so strong that this could never happen. Was Hilary Clinton somehow not strong? You've got to be kidding me.

Yeah, I think we've all noticed how Bill's voice has always been a little bit in the higher and fainter range since all of that business was exposed. I'm not sure that Hilary left him entirely "intact". But, they're not divorced, so.

If he does cheat - it kinda does. I have never understood the women who say abotu their just-caught-cheating husbands, "but he's a great father." Not really, no.
