Facebook and any other social networking site. I have Facebook just so I can see if a family member dies without me finding out about it hours later (has happened before - I found out through Facebook). Of course since I don't actually "network" with it it makes me look like a crappy friend to anybody who friends me on it. Gah. Hate it.
