No. All you need to know is that your potential spouse is HIV negative, which, if you are a gay couple that wants to get married, you have figured out a long, long time ago.

According to the Kinsey Institute, about 3/4 of all adults under the age of 40 received oral in any given year. And 1/4 of women reported having anal sex in a one year period. That probably means more than 25% of them have done it over their life time.
