But this article is about flushable personal wipes that shouldn't be flushed (good point anyhow, but not tampons).
It is called "second order analysis." At first glance, a reader would take away the message that flushable wipes are bad for the sewage system. But with a more in depth read, along with applying some common sense, many readers would understand that other non-water soluble items such as tampons are also harmful.
