Absolutely not.
Trump didn’t like him when he was alive. Trump didn’t like him when he spent a decade frothing at the mouth on Twitter. And Trump doesn’t like him now. That's not hypocrisy, that's consistency.
So if your kid said the same thing on social media about someone they disliked who got brutally murdered you would be fine with it?
I told my mom (who is a trumper) that I would take away all social media and permanently ground any child of mine who said something like this on social media. Why wouldn’t we hold our president at a higher standard than our children?
If this kid had been trash-talking your kid for years prior and the school allowed and even encouraged it? I’d fully understand my kid’s anger and resentment. Calling someone H^^ler and a N**i is not benign

How utterly disrespectful Trump’s words are - so soon after Rob’s tragic demise!
It hadn’t even been twenty-four hrs yet when Trump chose to spew his hatred.
To say that Rob was killed due to his hatred of Trump, what does that even mean??
How did not liking Donald Trump contribute to Reiner and his beloved wife being brutally murdered?!
Am I missing something here?
How can our president disrespect Reiner’s family, friends and fans by calling him “deranged?”
No one in their right mind would think to call someone that less than 24 hours after their bloodied body was discovered!
Much less the leader of our country!
Can’t we impeach or recall this lowlife??????
What are y’all saying about Kirk’s wife again?

"It's beyond belief what happened to him. That should never happen to anybody. I don't care what your political beliefs are. That's not acceptable. That's not a solution to solving problems."
-Rob Reiner on Charlie Kirk's death
*That* is how you respond to the untimely death of somebody you disagree with.

And we all knew that about him, even before his first term.

MAGA was calling for jailing people for saying far less about Charlie Kirk.
Has anyone come out yet and publicly defend what Trump said??
I would be interested to know……..
Markwayne Mullin did on an interview with CNN:
Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) appeared on CNN on or around December 15, 2025, where he defended President Trump's Truth Social post about Rob Reiner's death. He described Trump's comments as not controversial and even respectful:"I don't think they're controversial. Because he was respectful to him, said he was once a really good actor and all that..."
He acknowledged the political differences: "...pointed out the fact that he didn’t like him at all, but wished him, you know, ended the text fine."
Mullin downplayed the backlash: "You guys make out at what you want. I didn’t think it was distasteful at all. It’s no secret, the guy does not like President Trump. President Trump went up and still did it in a very nice way."
This stance contrasted sharply with other Republicans who criticized Trump's post as inappropriate or disrespectful.

Conservatives are a death cult. They hate humanity.
