Wow. He is very entitled. I am a career nonprofit worker. I am a woman. You have to just start. He would be lucky to even find a job at a nonprofit. He is full of excuses.
I started my nonprofit career in 1999 making $26,000 a year. He needs to grow up.
Retirement benefits are great. I have been maxing since 21 and just passed $1 million in my retirement.
