He is depressed and spends most of the day napping and watching tv. What can I do to help?

What other mental disorders does he have?

This

Every human needs routine and structure. The ones with no self discipline will watch screens all day, every day. Do not allow that.

Wow. He is very entitled. I am a career nonprofit worker. I am a woman. You have to just start. He would be lucky to even find a job at a nonprofit. He is full of excuses.

I started my nonprofit career in 1999 making $26,000 a year. He needs to grow up.

Retirement benefits are great. I have been maxing since 21 and just passed $1 million in my retirement.

He has to work. Period. He can’t sit there and wait for the two of you to die. He has to contribute. Meanwhile he needs to clean the house to earn his keep or he has to move to a shelter or group home situation or live on the street. My kids have known this since very early ages.

Tell him to be brave for once and do the right thing. The world will be better off without weak men like him.
